A Garage Conversion That Transformed A Home

The homeowners loved their house, but they had a growing family and were running out of space. The attached garage, which was too small to be useful for today’s larger vehicles, provided the perfect renovation opportunity. KingCaire helped the homeowners turn their old grungy garage into additional living space. We repaired the substrate (to eliminate moisture) and then constructed and finished the new playroom and office, installing flooring, drywall, new mechanicals, etc. Finally, we designed and built-in beautiful custom cabinetry that serves the storage and display needs of the family.  The kids now have a lot more space to play in, and mom and dad have a modern, separate, and quiet office in which to work.
